This Privacy Policy describes how Maryna Lisichenko, Natural Person-Entrepreneur ("we", "us", "the Controller"), collects, uses, and protects personal information of visitors and customers of marketinglisitsa.com (the "Website").

We do not collect or store payment card details. All payments are processed by WayForPay (wayforpay.com), a Ukrainian payment service provider. WayForPay collects payment information directly and is responsible for its protection in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

• IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on the Website
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)

1.4. Course platform data

If you purchase a course, your name and email are passed to Kwiga (kwiga.com), our course hosting provider, to grant you access to the course materials. Your progress and activity within the course are processed by Kwiga in accordance with their privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• To deliver products and services you have purchased
• To grant you access to courses and digital downloads
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• To process payments and refunds (via WayForPay)
• To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations under Ukrainian law
• To analyze and improve the Website (via aggregated, anonymized analytics)

We share limited personal data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes described above:

• WayForPay, payment processing service (wayforpay.com)
• Kwiga, course hosting platform (kwiga.com)
• Google LLC, web analytics via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Webflow Inc., website hosting infrastructure (webflow.com/legal/privacy)
• Banking and financial institutions, for receiving payouts
• Government authorities, when required by Ukrainian law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies for:

• Essential Website functionality
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), to understand how visitors use the Website (aggregated, anonymized data only)
